Kristina is an ON FIRE, energetic, motivated Trainer who loves deeply & has a passion to drive others to success! Not only were our boot camps a great tool for her exterior appearance, it mentally & physically changed her life! She Grew up in a pretty tough childhood & struggled with weight, depression & constant health issues. She found the gym was her only release. As she would say, "I was born in the gym!" She has now been professionally changing lives for the last 8 yrs now. She has found a love for dance as well & is leading a dance ministry at River of Glory. She would like for you to allow her to plant seeds of vitality & strength to help you become stronger! It is Kristina's passion to activate your state of having FULL THROTTLE EMPOWERMENT! She Absolutely LOVES encouraging & helping others to reach their goals and their deepest hearts desires..To help them become healthy, happy, and sculpted!
